Coffee and non-coffee products are shipped separately and will have different processing and shipping times. Processing and shipping times are separate.

COFFEE

Order Delivery time:

All orders are shipped PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS USPS. All coffee is fresh roasted the day it is shipped to you. Orders may take 1-5 business days to process before roasting. This ensures that all coffee orders are as fresh as possible, making our coffee some of the freshest available online. The day your coffee is roasted, we ship it out to you. Orders are typically delivered 3-5 business days after they are shipped. During holidays with high order volume, processing of orders may take an additional day or two. Please do not contact to inquire about shipping times unless it has been more than 12 business days since your order.

 

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS IN USA

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA ARE SUBJECT TO USPS INTERNATIONAL RATES. These rates can vary and will be calculated at checkout. Shipping times can vary for international shipments, and are dependent on USPS international shipping times. Orders typically take 1-5 business days to process, and are then shipped the same day the coffee is roasted. Deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive after being shipped, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.

NON-COFFEE PRODUCTS

Order Delivery time:

Non-coffee products may be shipped in multiple packages with differing shipping time-frames. If you only receive a partial order, it has more than likely been shipped separately and is on its way to you. You should receive your order within 12 business days of placing your order.

Standard flat-rate shipping is used within the continental USA, and shipping times average 3-5 business days after the order has finished processing. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 7-12 business days. Processing times can vary slightly, and average 1-5 business days. Most orders will be delivered within 4-12 business days after the order has been placed. Please do not contact to inquire about shipping times unless it has been more than 12 business days since your order.
